1.The drying liquid items go from container into the spray system through the perstaltic pump, liquid through nozzle spray into drying cavity, and at the same time,compressed gas through outside jacket tube into drying cavity so as to let liquid been micronization.

2.The hot air go from the upper into drying cavity and meet with items liquid particles which is after spraying,then item liquid begain drying.

3.Dried powder through cyclone separator to separate with exhaust gas and then go into the collection bottle. The exhaust gas go into the atmosphere directly by flexible tube which is 50mm diameter.

How to install spray drying machine?
1. Hold up the drying chamber and fit it to the fixed pallet (place in the white PTPE cushion block, and then lock the quincunx handle).

2. The cyclone separator fits directly into the exhaust stack after the nut, sealing ring & stainless steel shim fit into the air-outlet tube of cyclone separator, adjust the positions of air-outlet of the drying chamber & air inlet of cyclone separator, until they can be put in order completely, and lightly tighten the nut.

3. Join sample collection flask and cyclone separator with Clip hoop.

4. Join the waste collection tube and the main chamber with Clip hoop.

5. Sprayer fits into the equipment and fit the 4mm nylon tube(for de-block piston) and 6mm nylon tube(for spray).

6. The silicone tube is fitted through the peristaltic pump and placed into the sample feed inlet of sprayer.
