Rising film evaporator
TOPTION rising film evaporator is used to remove and recover most of the ethanol to obtain an extract with only a small amount of ethanol remaining.

Falling film evaporator
Falling film evaporators are commonly used to evaporate solutions with greater concentration and viscosity, and are widely used in the evaporation and concentration process of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and other industries.
1. Falling film evaporator can evaporate materials with higher concentration and higher viscosity.
2. Because the solution flows like a film in a single-pass evaporator, the heat transfer coefficient is high.
3. Short residence time, not easy to cause material deterioration, suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials.
4. The falling film evaporator is suitable for evaporating and concentrating foaming materials. Since the material liquid evaporates in the heating tube in the form of a film, the material liquid does not cause much impact during the whole process, avoiding the formation of foam.
