It’s considered as the safest mode of separation and to purify the thermally unstable molecules and related compounds with low volatility and elevated boiling point.

Main configurations of molecular distillation equipment




1. 10L jacketed stainless steel material feeding tank. And through high precision gear pump feeding (3-15L/H).

2. S304 stainless steel short path evaporator, and the evaporation surface is 0.1㎡.

3. Heavier component and lighter component discharge system are using continuously gear pump feeding (3-15L/H).

4. Matched heating & cooling unit are optional.

5. Vacuum degree 10pa, 1pa, 0.1pa are available, need to equipped with different type vacuum pump.
