Working Principle：

  Molecular distillation is an emerging technology that optimizes traditional distillation techniques to achieve fast, efficient, and energy-saving separation of substances. Like traditional distillation, it uses evaporation and condensation to obtain the target product. However, Short-path molecular distillation differs in that it separates substances based on the different free ranges of light and heavy molecules in a vacuum medium and at a lower distillation temperature.

  The components of molecular distillation  include a vacuum system, feed system, Short-path evaporator, heating system, cooling system, and discharge system. Once the material is introduced, the scraper evenly stirs it and allows it to attach to the inner wall of the heating system. After a short period of heating, the light molecules rapidly enter the condensing system and form droplets that flow down along the inner wall. This is because their free range is greater than the distance between the heating surface and the condensing surface. The heavy molecules flow down along the inner wall of the heating system and are discharged from the discharge port.
