TOPT-10C laboratory lyophilizer is a type of Multi-pipe Vacuum Freeze Dryer, which is widely used in medicine, pharmacy, biology research, chemical industry and food production,etc.
Installation and preparations for freeze-drying process:

1. The vacuum pump and main engine is connected by pumping vacuum pressure pipe. Both ends using standard quick clamp.Coate amount of vacuum grease on the sealed rings before connecting.

2. Connect the main engine power and vacuum pump power.

3. Please read carefully the vacuum pump manual. Check the vacumm pump and confirm has been filling the vacuum pump oil. Don't run without oil.

4. The white sealed ring embedded in glass door should be keeped clean. Coate a layer of vacuum grease before using.

5. The style of defrost is electric defrost. Generally, the defrost time is less than 30 minutes.
Common breakdown and elimination of TOPTION laboratory vacuum freeze dryer:

1. The vacuum can not achieve below 15Pa:

(1) Check the release valve is whether fastened down or not.

(2) The vacuum pump and main engine is connected by vacuum tube. Check the clamp is whether fastened down or not.

(3) Check the bottom of organic glass cover is whether smooth or not. Check the “O” rubber ring is whether damaged or not.

(4) Check the vacuum pump oil. Generally, oil should be changed after working 200 hours.

2. The vacuum pump leaks oil:

Check the leaking part (is possible sealed pad). Replace the corresponding parts.

3. the temperature of cold trap is high:

The temperature of condition is high. If the cooing system is break down, please connect with our company engineer.
