Homogenization principle of ultra-high pressure homogenizer :

1.Homogenization is used to homogenize and disperse the different ingredients in the same system, disperse or refine the not dissolve phase particles, forming stable and uniform solution.

2.Material is charging into homogeneous valve under the push function of plunger, then pressurized and discharge in homogeneous valve.During this process,material through many treatments: cavitation effect, strong turbulence of the high frequency vibration effect, and the knock-on effect with homogeneous valve baffle ring.

3.First level homogenization is applied to solid particle disperse or cell crush, Second level homogenization is applied for emulsion or viscosity control. Through homogeneous valve and servosystem could guarantee the accurate control of homogenization effect.
