How to use high pressure reactor safety?

science, geology chemistry, environmental science, food science, commodity inspection,etc.
High pressure reactor safety operation, we need to pay attention to the following points:
1.The high pressure reaction vessel should be placed in the high-pressure operation room that meets
the requirements of explosion protection. The operation room should have an outlet directly leading to
the outdoor or channel, and the high pressure reactor should have reliable grounding.
2.High pressure reactor is usually sealed with conical contact through the sealing ring, and the main
bolts are tightened to make them compact with each other to achieve the purpose of sealing.Therefore,

3.When installing the cover, please place the high pressure reaction kettle body first, and then install the
kettle cover in a fixed position. Carefully install it on the kettle body. When tightening the main bolt, it must
be tightened diagonally, force should be uniform, do not allow the kettle cover to tilt to one side, so as to
achieve a good sealing effect.
4.High pressure reactor should be heated and pressurized before use. The test medium can be nitrogen.
Oxygen or other inflammable & explosive gases are strictly prohibited.
5.Temperature rise and pressure rise must be carried out slowly, and the temperature rise rate shall not
be greater than 80℃/h. During pressure test, please connect the air inlet valve of the autoclave to the
cylinder with connecting pipe. The pressure boost must be carried out in several times, with 20% working
pressure as the interval, and stay for 5 minutes per rising level, and stay for 30 minutes when rising to test
pressure, to check the sealing condition.The experimental pressure is 100~105% working pressure.
6.Fast cooling and fast heating are forbidden during the reaction process to prevent excessive temperature
stress from causing cracks in the high pressure tank body.
